Popcorn

And to contribute to the health conversations, I try to keep in shape by drinking lots of water, eating small meals ever 3 hours, and exercising every day (or at least several times a week. My mom was always into stuff where you cant eat foods like carrots, bread, corn, or other starchy or sugary/carb-filled items. Well fuck that. Carrots are good for you, and you need carbs in order to function. If you eat some bad stuff during the day, excercising should burn it off. I think the worst thing you can do is eat food..and then sleep.

or the unflavored one....
its actually good for you to eat the "home made" one.

my problem with popcorn is not the taste, I just cant stand the smell. I dont mind white chedder popcorn though because you dont make it, therefor it dosent smell.
