While I enjoyed the heavy part in the middle, it didn't fit with the song at all and just seemed ridiculously out of place, and the rest didn't do a great deal for me. If that is one of their best songs, I don't think I will bother checking them out further.

Blitzy, you need to hear that song on the Deadwing album. Whilst that was a pretty good performance, it lacks the nice subtle parts that the album version has. Killer song

Download Blackest Eyes and Trains from In Absentia and then make your mind if you still don't want to get into them further. Those 2 songs are the ones that convinced me that I needed to get heavily into Porky Pine Tree.

I spent most of Saturday night just watching live stuff on YouTube. Great.

Dunno when the DVD is out, it's supposed to be out in the UK, ain't seen it here yet though. Might just pick it up next month when I'm over there.
