This is played during the second chapter car chase on 59th street. The game itself was a keyboard user's nightmare, but in some parts, you could really feel how awesome it could have been.
one of those moments which impacted like a sledgehammer but were hampered by crappy controls and a lot of frustration.

And then there's the track from The Witcher, the eerie one that plays at night in the Vizima Outskirts, but it's not on the OST and there's no Youtube of it either. Too bad.
Also, the classical Castlevania II's Bloody Tears

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest was a lackluster game, but it had some of the best music ever in a Super NES game.
