Since the only part of Ventura people seem to put pictures of on the Internet is the area closer to the ocean:

here's one of our pad up in east Texas outside of Nacodoches. It's about 26 acres big with a fishing pond. I hadn't been there in over 10 years until a few weeks ago. It's very peaceful up there, but since no one ever goes up there, it's kinda run down. and as you can see, it needs to be mowed. That land is basically mine:

It's that fucking awesome. It snows that much probably every 3 to 4 years or so, but no matter the season the campus is simply gorgeous. And since it's pretty close to that mountain range there's lots of kickass wind and clear skies.

That shot must've been taken at least 10 years ago, the building to the right (library) is about half the size it was when I started going there.

EDIT: No wait, I'm all fucked up and turned around. You can't see the add-on section from that angle, so I don't know when it was taken. Carry on.
