damnit i wish there were places around here that sold vinyls. I got all mine from my dad and his brother, which is why all of the ones i own are from the 70's
 
we have some good ones down stairs but i took 3 and put them up on my wall ones British Steel the other hell bent for leather (wish it was painkiller) and Flirting With Disaster i would have put up Queens News Of The World because i remember seeing it a long time ago but it ended up being ruined.

I don't understand buying vinyls of pro-tooled out, digitally mastered records. I can't see the sonic spectrum being any more opened than on CD for stuff like that. Recorded on tape, then yes, it makes sense. But if it's completely digital, I don't see a point.

Yes, we gave away copies of the vinyl through the radio show. I did not and could not have won a copy.

shit I have more goth rock stuff like Siouxie but can't remember.

I try to get the classic stuff on vinyl and the metal on CD or SACD or DVDA. The classic stuff was made to be played like this although I'd LOVE to have some of the metal vinyls you guys are showing. Lack of protective jackets on them and ringwear makes me a sad panda, though. Wish I had a good spot for used metal vinyl near me :(
