i use photobucket...

photobucket will also automatically resize any picture over 1MB until it is less than or equal to 1MB...

i also pay for my photobucket rather than the free account... its like 15/year or something and its unlimited bandwidth and all that good stuff...

typically you are limited to 50MB worth of space with the free one... the paid one is 1GB
