Pre-Sale Ticketing System

It says we can get tickets at "reduced service fees". Have any of you guys done this yet?

I'm in New Zealand so is this gonna be any cheaper than rocking along to ticketek or wherever to get my ticket personally? (When the hell are they coming on sale anyway!?....it's kinda mid-January already right??)

Yeah it is KINDA mid-january, but the tickets dont go on sale KINDA mid-january.
