Preparing backing tracks for live playback/performance

Concerning backing orchestra/keys/production effects, etc - should these tracks be compressed/loudened as they would be on the album? If not, what's a good volume level to shoot for?

I always use the same tracks/ processing as we use for our recordings. Never heard any complaints from the FOH guys...
