Presonus Studio Live 16.4.2 Problem

Hey guys,
some weeks ago i upgraded my recordingstuff with the presonus studio live 16.4.2, i used a tascam US 1641 before.
I do not regret the buy but one thing is not working out:
I am not able to get a decent Guitar-DI out of it... It is muddy and powerless.
I used to different DI-boxes (one for 10/one for 40 €) but the sound is quite the same.
The funny thing is that i had a much better sound when i used the old tascam.
I recorded all guitars for our new EP with it. No Problems.
Maybe you have got an idea...

My signalchain:
Git (Esp h-400) -> DI In -> Low Z Output -> Input 3 (firewire button disabled,volume = 0 ) -> DAW Cubase 6 input 3 -> Amp/IR bla (preset i used with the tascam) -> output channel 1/2 linked

When i watch the input-level the guitar is powerless when it does not clip, if i want to have the same power as i had with the tascam i have to let the guitar clip...weird

Is your 48v button on? also try fiddling around in the presonus universe controll software. make sure your software is updated aswell... other than that i cant really think of anything else why it would do that.

You tried using the DIs XLR out?

Could be an impedance mismatch.

Tried every Output i Found firmware is up to Date,48V is off...
