The Hellequin
the headliners received very strong positive reactions with SymX probably edging out EPICA a bit.
Pretty Maids & Redemption of course got a huge pop with Redemption winning that one.
some of the lower tier bands received great responses even though I am personally unfamiliar with most (heard of, but have no discography except for Lanfear),
But for bands lower than the headliners and direct support, I believe SERENITY wins the biggest pop of the night.

Where I was sitting we all exploded for Solution .45. For me, their presence makes next year a must. I'm probably going to catch heat from my wife for this, as we'll have a baby by then, but...
All I'm saying is, damn. Awesome lineup. This year's was the weakest for me of the 4 I've been to (not that it's not good, and I'm not counting the kickoff) but I think next year's might be the strongest. Also it's the last one before the apocalypse, so that kinda makes it a must as well.

I would be there JUST for Pretty Maids. They've been one of my top bands for a few years now. Serenity, Redemption and Amaranthe could each seal the deal on their own as well. Bands like Solution. 45 and Mystic Prophecy are just the icing.

It would be great if these guys released something in this century. Nobody can be pleased by all the roster choices. I look forward to seeing all the bands in 2012 that bring fresh material to the concert.

Well excuse me! These guys have always struck me as a bunch of Bon Jovi clones and never given them much thought. Am very excited about a half dozen bands for 13 and bought accordingly. I went looking for anything from PM post.-2000 and was told nothing is available. Mea culpa. Will check amazon later.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of Bon Jovi when Pretty Maids came up.
You guys surely haven't listened to Future World or anything from that album!!! Bon Jovi??? Maybe a bit in the ballads, whcih actually kill as well, but otherwise, where do you get the Bon Jovi comparison, I have no idea. Do not get the single from the new album, played on the video, deceive you, even though that song is amazing as well.

go to ebay, etc... As far as i know most of the albuns are out of print...including the 2010 album....
