I do like it. Have the spirit of "Painkiller" and "Metal Works" like Swine said but also spirit from the great covers of the late 70's.
I like the angel walking on fire with extended hands, is kind of a Marvel character too, I come in peace to give you destruction.

What I don't like is the JP sign into the logo, I prefer the logo alone and the sign on the chest of the angel. But what the heck...

And let's get real anything is better than "St. Anger", "Demolition" or some sucky covers out there.
