Priest song in commercial

Why? Is Priest "less metal" because it was a minivan and not a brand new Harley?

I would think pretty much the same thing for any classic metal or rock song to be in this to be honest. When I think mini van, I don't think hard rock or metal. Just find it a bizarre pairing.

Hey. Even parents need to rock out, sometime. You think that lady driving her kid to lacrosse practice likes listening to Kids Bop all day!?

Really? How about metalheads and supermarket chains?

The blonde dude? Yeah, I'm sure you recognize him...

LOL.. did anyone else see this yet?

Yup. Already talked about it in the Lounge about a week or so ago. :yuk::zombie::ill::Puke:

Some people need a mini van to load their 4-6 Marshall cabs..

Naw, just use an old vegetable stand panel truck! (A local Freddyburg rock/blues band did that for a number of years - no one ripped off their gear!)

No they don't. You buy a windowless rape van for that. That will be infinitely cooler than any minivan. If instead of some lame Infinity or Bose audio package, if it had an actual Marshal amp in the back, it would raise a few points in my book.

I'll at least give some props to Honda for going a different direction than this, though Toyota beat them to the punch in trying to make minivans cool. I give you the Swagger Wagon....

Speaking of JP in commercials.....has anyone noticed Mr Halford in this TV spot?

After looking up that one, I can across another couple tv spot that seemed odd................one with Halford selling publishing and one with Iron Maiden doing a buckle up spot.

Sold! Hahaha awesome. I'm the guy carrying the groceries. Only thing that could have made it better was an ENGL cab.
