I might have to check that one out. The only album of Sinners that I have owned aside from the new album was There Will Be Execution... The Metallica cover was enough to make me avoid them for a few years...

i have'nt heard Sinner-but the general consensus seems to be Check it Out!!

German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have issued the following update:
"The PRIMAL FEAR crew is in full swing cover artwork [for the new album, '16.6: (Before The Devil Knows You're Dead)'], photos, booklet and the video clip are in progress and will be be finalized during the next two weeks. Dennis Ward worked on a remix for the song 'No Smoke Without Fire' for a release in Japan!
"PRIMAL FEAR are confirmed for the Metalway Festival 2009 in Zaragoza, Spain. In addition, we play festival shows in Austria, Romanian, Czech Rep. etc. An update on the festival schedule will be posted soon!
"We plan to tour South America in August, U.S. East Coast in September and when we're back from the States, we will start our European tour at the end of September and October together with our friends of BRAINSTORM."

IMO, "There will be execution" isn´t the best album to start listening Sinner. "TWBE" es more or less when Sinner became Primal Fear with Mats on vocals.
In a metal mood, you should check the trilogy "Judgement day", "Nature of evil", "The end of sanctuary". If you prefer german 80´s metal, try with "Danger zone" and "Comin´ out fighting". I love all of them but my personal favourite is "Dangerous charm". Mats Sinner thinks it´s too mellow but the whole album is catchy and plenty of great songs.
