its always great to hear the instruments separately to check out how each element interact with others in a particular mix. i find its useful to actually hear things to really understand tone & frenquency relationships, especially low end.
i've searched over the internet for pro multitracks but found nothing except some guitar hero stuff. they dont sound good (maybe bad conversion or something). i believe that in flames have done this before for one song from "come clarity" (i can be wrong on this though). so it would be freaking awesome if anyone have some to share here
