Pro Tools 7.4/non-Intel Macs: Help!!

So Digidesign just announced that PT is compatible with Leopard now...sort of.
This is direct from digidesign.com:

"Pro Tools HD 7.4.1 software provides Mac OS X 10.5.1 compatibility* with Apple’s current 8-core Mac Pro computers (those featuring Intel “Harpertown” processors)."

Does this mean it will not be supported for older, non-Intel machines? I'm sure a lot of people (like me) are still working on older, non-Intel macs, and they're probably about to be mighty pissed off.

Anyone know what's going on here? Thanks.

I'm on a non intel running both tiger (laptop) and Leopard (desktop) and 7.3 works fine. Have not made the jump to 7.4 yet but I will.
