Pro tools Keyboard Fader/Panning Control???

Ok.. this might be an old topic but i cant find it.

Im just wondering if is there any way to control the volume fader and panning knobs with the keyboard number pad in Pro Tools 8 because is fucking annoying to me to use the mouse for this things..

I checked help > keyboard shortcuts and i didn't find anything about what im looking for =/.
