Pro tools stalling question

Whenever I use an audiosuite around 3-5 times and process audio with it, my PT starts taking forever to start up when I hit play, or gets the annoying HW buffer error going, and the only way to get it back to normal seems to be to restarting completely. Anyone know exactly what causes this and is there a solution to where I don't have to restart everytime I want to audiosuite something?

clear out your unused regions etc, and dont do it mid mix, coz itll remain in ram for undoing things

if it still persists after doing what greyskull suggested, try deleting all traces of the digidesign database folders.
