Hi all,
I have recorded several songs with MIDI kicks in ProTools.
The songs have several tempo changes.
I now want to move the whole arrangements along in time to make space for intros. The trouble is, if I group everything and move it, the tempo changes stay where they are.
Is there a way to move the midi part around and retain the tempo changes?
I have thought about recording the kicks as audio thus rendering the need for tempo changes redundant but I do not want to commit to a kick sound until I mix the songs. I also can't be arsed with recording them and then sound replacing them as this is too much work.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

P.S. Sorry if the question is unclear. I guess what I am trying to acheive is like timelocking a part in Cubase.
