Pro tools+waves=vista 64 bit compatible?

Hey guys :] So i am about to sell my old pc and get a new one. I play a lot of pc games so therefore i need a lot better hardware. I have someone who is selling me a great pc for a good price. Two gtx 295, 4.0 ghz quad, water cooling, the works it has windows vista 64 on it, and i know that pro tools and waves only run 32. I am pretty sure that pro tools will run on 64 bit OS while still staying 32, correct me if i am wrong. but with waves mercury i know it runs only 32, will in run on a 64 OS with a 32 bit DAW?

dual-boot 32bit. itt'l be worth it if you want to do anything audio related and you'll save yourself loads of frustration. if that is simply not an option, sonar's 64 bit version has a 32-bit VST wrapper. but if waves simply can't function in a 64-bit environment, i dunno if that'll help.
