Damn! That autograph in that book is going to be worth some money! Did you get it, or did you have him sign it?

I didn't know he could draw, that's pretty neat. Sure looks like a great find for what you paid. :)

You need to show off your entire collection. It will be the ultimate collection thread!

haha i'll get to it eventually.

Sadly, Vincent Price died in 1993. I wish I had him sign something, but I only knew what "Thriller" was back then. He was just the man with a scary voice. :tickled:

The dude was a huge art lover.. and a great cook! I have 2 cookbooks (well, technically 2 copies of the same one) that he co-wrote with his wife.

I never knew any of this stuff! Wow. Now you got me smacking myself in the head trying to remember the names of the very few movies I have seen with him in. They will come to me eventually, but I was a kid when I saw them so it's really sketchy.

I almost got to meet him at a hunted hay ride I worked at a year before he died, because it had to been 91 or 92 again the brain is fogging up on me. But he was replaced with an Elvira impersonator because he got real sick. But yeah, just like you he was the guy with the scary voice to me too.

PS. I forget you guys are only 1,000 times younger then me :( lol.

Damn I haven't seen any of those except I've seen both the remakes to house on haunted hill, and house of wax. I think it could have been the oval portrait that I've seen. God it's been so long.

I recently watched an old corny horror movie called Burnt Offerings. Nothing to do with Vincent Price but when I was a kid that movie scared the shit out of me. I only saw it once when they put it on TV in the early early 80's, and never saw it again until a few years ago. Damn, I didn't remember it being so corny!

zomg burnt offerings!! half of the movie is filmed out of focus haha.

one of the women i work with and i were talking about movies and i mentioned that i liked horror movies, especially old ones and she asked "Well, have you ever heard of this old movie called Burnt Offerings with Bette Davis?"
me - "i LOVE that movie. i didn't think anyone else had seen it, wow..."
her - "remember, i'm old."

lol, that movie made me feel old watching it for the second time around! But it was fun, despite the corny. Damn I thought that family was so stupid! haah, The one thing that gave me the biggest creeps were all of those old photographs in the back bedroom that they showed at the end. In one of the dreams when I was little one of those pictures smiled at me!

Hey how about that corny intro music!

Holy shit! You actually got her to sign an autograph! I would have never thought she would. hahah, I would imagine her sitting at her big judge desk and say "I'm not signing this crap!" balls it up and throws it away.

I love the fruit of the loom guys! hahaha!

I'm eagerly awaiting my Don Rickles autograph. He signs through the mail all the time, and I sent my request on July 16. On a website I go on, somebody that sent theirs on July 1 just got theirs. :loco:

Bob Eubanks also sent me an email telling me that he WILL sign something for me, as long as a send a self-addressed & stamped envelope to him. I got all of that ready and I'll be sending that away with this:

Somebody sent Geoffrey Rush a questionaire, and he DID fill it out! I'm fairly certain Bob Eubanks will fill out mine. :tickled: Only time will tell.

edit: Isn't my handwriting lovely? :zombie:

hahah! Yes your handwriting is elegant! Hey I can laugh because my handwriting looks much worse!

Yay! Bob Eubanks is a good one. I hope he fills out your questionnaire. You never know right. Hahha, I think Danny Glover would get annoyed but he's big time. :)

I just did a questionaire for Richard Dawson, as well... I'll probably do one for Betty White before I go to bed. stupid Charles Nelson Reilly and Brett Somers had to die last year. <3 Match Game
