PuigTec EQP-1A + MEQ-5 EQ for $79... Worthy?

So yeah, currently Waves PuigTec EQP-1A + MEQ-5 EQ are available for $79. Are they reall great? Better or not than Softube ones?

I haven't checked out the Softube EQs, but when I demoed the Puigtec, I had been hghly impressed. Very colorful and the highend curve is silky smooth. Compared to the original UAD Puletc, The IK one and the PSP nobleQ, I would rate the Puigtec the best.
There were two reasons not to buy it: 1. the plugin delay was quite high and 2. I already have too many EQs.
But I'd highly recommend it to anybody who's in the market for a great pultec'y EQ plugin.

PS: Checkout Waves resellers like wavesuniverse.com or plugindiscounts.com for a better price.
