Are bags allowed inside the venue??

If you're referring to something like a small daypack then the answer is 'yes'. I've used one the last couple of years to put my purchases into since my hotel is not within walking distance of the venue. Security will need to check the contents of your bag when you're admitted into the venue but that procedure is swift and they're courteous.
