Ok, so being a fan of the band...I probably should have already checked this dvd out but I am just getting around to it...I was planning on ordering it from theendrecords.com as I have ordered there before and really like them. However, when I looked it up, it said that it was a cd/dvd combo. Do all of them come like this with both the cd and dvd or do they make them seperate as well. If they both come together, than theendrecords has a great deal on them...13.99 a piece...

Yes, "For the sake of Revenge" is a combo. HOWEVER, the CD is NOT and exact replica of the show. A couple of songs were chopped from it. It is still a VERY kick-ass CD. :kickass: :headbang:

Peace,
Ray C.

yeah, I was at that tour as well and it does give a great idea what Sonata is like Live. My roommate has the CD jewel case version but I've seen a DVD longbox version floating around on the internet and I think I'm gonna get that one for my collection.

I think the thing is marketed as a live CD with bonus DVD but IMO it should be called a live DVD with bonus CD. The DVD is the reason to buy "For the Sake of Revenge".

So do most of you here have the cd-dvd combo or do some of you have the single dvd and cd seperate? sry for the questions, I just want to make sure the dvd that comes with the combo has everything on it before I purchase it.

DVD lighting sucked, but the performance is fantastic. The only complaint I have is the mix they have, definately should have brought the bass up and vocals down. I can't even hear the bass guitar in the subs in my car, only the kick drum.
