kick and snare is bleeding through my 2 overhead mics. when I correct the snare and kick (which was recorded with 2 extra mics) you can hear the snare and kick through the overhead tracks and you'll here two hits. any workaround for this?

You must edit all the tracks together, otherwise you will get phase problems and problems like this.
hi-pass the overheads. normally you shouldn´t get into too much trouble when a hit comes too late but when the snare is too early you will get serious problems when you just move the hits. you could also try a slight limiter on the overheads to get rid of the snare in the oh´s.
bass drum editing shouldn´t be too much of a problem when the music is really heavy and guitars are screaming...
