Question regarding recording a Blackstar HT5

Yo.

I have the option of picking up a HT5 for a good price, and I'm ready to jump... but... all I have for the time being is an old Crate BV 4x12 (I know... shut it.)

Would the HT5 have enough output to power the 4x12 so I could mic it, for the time being, or would I be better off disconnecting 2 of the speakers in the cab?

It'll have enough power, I've hooked a 1watt amp (Vox ac4 with Watt selector) through my 4x12 and it's fine.
