Hi new here, I have been playing for 7 years and have had issues with picking recently and I noticed when you pick the knuckle of your thumb is bent inward as opposed to someone like yngwie who appears to use the muscle at the base of his thumb to pick, which way is better and what is the best way to practice incorperating the proper technique into my playing
