Aw, thanks everyone.

Derek, I know I don't write selflessly, and I like sharing my work, but only to people who I think will appreciate it. Not to sound like a pompous ass, but a lot of people have no desire to read poetry or fiction and won't "get" it, and I don't want to expect people who have to interest to read it, or get called emo or anything dumb like that.

I get it. Just don't always let the thought that some people who fail to feel the power of words (or are just plain stupid) ever stop you from putting stuff out there. Writing is catharsis, I think it's supposed to be out there, even if forty people call you stupid and only one person feels moved by it.

I wouldn't listen to me, though.
