Not particularly. I put HS80M's on BS-336's all the time at work and run them pretty balls out sometimes (most people don't know that the average mix level never really exceeds 90dB on average, so they tend to ask for some crank-age; used to toys like home stereos, I guess ) and I've never had any trouble with them. The trick is making sure there's enough of the included foam attached to the surface of the stand to properly decouple the monitor. Good luck!
