Well instead of telling you that you're a fucking jackass....
I'm gonna go this route, that's your opinion and your post has democrat
written all over it.
But hey that's alright,I personally think alot of good came out of his
presidency and no one has done it better since, you chose a few things that
you deem as bad but the overall picture far outweighs any bad.
Now I can tell you're in love with clinton so I won't bash him,just know this....
He walked right into the dot com explosion that boosted the economy and jobs...and left right as it was crashing and had he concentrated less on
bill gates and more on al quaida 9-11 might never have happened.
People like him and kerry have no care for defense (as proven when clinton slashed the military to nothing) they care about kissing the publics ass more then anything else. I'll end by saying this....I'd rather sleep in a box in an alley and know that i'm safe then a mansion that could be nuked at any given moment. Now excuse me while I vent.

He brought an economic system called "Supply Side Economics" which basically fucked the country over by giving tax breaks to the rich. The country has historically always been in a deficit with this system because it is too skewed. When Clinton came in, he got rid of that policy which was also later carried on my Bush sr. The economy grew and millions of new jobs were created. He turned the deficit into a surplus. Now this dumb ass President we have now actually brought back this policy to help out his rich friends get richer resulting in the largest deficit this country has ever seen! Do you realise how long its gonna take to pay it off?
Anyway back to Reagan, he dealt weapons to Iraq and Iran, so most of the WMDs that this president is taking about are American made and were sold by Reagan! What the hell do you think Iran-Contra was about? Oliver North was set up by the Republicans to take the fall for Reagan. Guess where that asshole is now? He has his own TV show on FOX News. So the Republicans paid him back.
Reagan wanted to spend billions on a program called "Star Wars". This was missiles set up in Space that were gonna shoot down any Soviet Missile that would attack the US. Honestly, would something like that ever work? its a waste of money! Many senators laughed at the idea and it died. Recently however, this president did consider bringing it back which is bad new for everyone if he ever did because we would have a deficit so big that the country would be bankrupt!
Reagan was a great person, I have tremendous respect for his personality. After his assassination attempt, he woke up in the hospital and said "I have your all Republicans" which is a very famous line that really shows you how great this man was.
As a president, Reagan was not that good, as a person, he was an excellent!
