Having trouble figuring out which one to go for as I am in gear acquisition mode :)

So far I quite like the look of the TC Electronics G-Major., have tried out an Alesis Midiverb which I wasn't too keen on. Currently I am using a gt-5 to control all the rack stuff and as the fx processor.

So, what does everyone recommend?

G-Major.

The Lexicon takes too long for patch changes I think. The sound is good, but the G-Major smokes it.

I've a few friends who have had expensive stuff, like the Evantide 3000 series stuff, and for 1/8 the price, the G-Major smokes that too...

Right now, there's no better bang for the buck, or better unit at any price, except the G-Force, which has intelligent pitch shifting that the G-Major does not...

The G-Major usually sells for $450-$550, and can control two different switchers (for seperate amp or preamp control) and can be used with any standard midi controller.

Can't go wrong with it.

 Sorry!

Dude, got to any Guitar forum and ask what's better:

Lexicon, G-Force or Evantide, and most everyone would tell you the G-Force is the way to go. I think it's a no-brainer...
