Rack Mounted PC Solutions

For a long time I've been wanting to rackmount my pc for various reasons, but I also would like it to be a bit quieter. Does anyone have experience finding a good, quiet full size ATX rack case?

I have used the rack version of this; http://www.paqt.co.uk/index.html cabinet for over four years now. It is a bit expensive – but I plan to build my next PC in the same cabinet, and if possible the next thereafter... It is more silent 3 feet away than my Lenovo SL300 Laptop 15 feet away. For me it is absolutely perfect. It takes the bottom four units of my nearby twenty units rack.
