Well it hasn't quite started yet....but it will in 36 hours...leaving home early(hopefully) on Sunday morning.

left Sydney at 9am.Arrived Port Macquarie 2pm.....nothing much else to report so far...just kicking back and having a couple of beers(what a surprise!)

No supports...this is a solo tour!(but will hopefully meet up with some people along the way
Anyway,the weathew has been sensational fot the last two days..30 degrees sunshine all day.Yesterday went on a 4 hour cruise up the Hastings River and BBQ lunch on the bank of the river(and a few beers!).Enjoyed the cruise so also went on the afternoon 2 hour cruise(more beer and sunshine).
After the cruise i mamaged to track down a couple of old freinds who i hadn't seen for about 5 years!(the only info i had about them was that they were running a florist shop in Port Macqarie....found them in the second florist shop i went to)
Today was a much quieter day..went to Timbertown at Wauchope for a couple of hours then drove around to some of the local beaches in the afternoon.NO BEER TODAY(driving to Byron Bay tomorrow so want to be fresh for the drive

Anyway,head to the sunshine coast on Wednesday and then Brisbane on Friday...as i said before,i would love to meet some of the Brisbane people (possibly on Friday?)
