I just saw it, and I cannot think of a more violent film that I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of movies. When that dudes head gets blow half off and his bottom jaw was left intact, I nearly peaked in my life. I fucking loved it. Going to see queensryche and dokken now, it doesn't get any better than today.

I will say, if they spent an extra 3 minutes at the beginning and end of the film fleshing out the movitations and story just a hair it would have made a big difference but....WHO THE FUCK CARES, IT'S RAMBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed. Nice running time, though - the pacing was just relentless.

Caught this last week and...woah. I should go a second time, since we left the theatre with that 'what the fuck did I just see?' mentality. Sly's political intentions may be suspect and the dialogue kind of silly/clumsy for the most part, but I'd prefer to ignore that and love it for being an Immense action movie.
