I like a lot of black metal(mayhem,shining,immortal etc etc) but i totally agree with you there. Obviously most immortal and the like are from about 15-20 years ago, so yea WITTR, are the best thing in black metal in recent years.

ah yeah me too, ive been into BM for years now. I love the plain old raw stuff, but ive also come to love what else its produced. like agalloch and ulver
