Rate our mix: ROCK/METAL sample mixdown only

Hi guys!
this is our first post...
we are mixing an hardrock/metal band here... they want something yet "modern" but punchyrock... -.-

here is the file:

the drums are REAL mikes with Steven Slate's samples on the kick and snare only.
we don't like guitars that much but unfortunately that takes where done without the DI track so we cannot reamp
Of course it's MIX only so NO mastering/maximizer/viagra at all.
