No. Lobodomy is a LOT worse than Roadkill, although Roadkill is also one of the worst songs COB has ever made.

Roadkill is pure shit lyrics, so fast and trashy and has only some nice keys, nothing more.

Wrath Within is one of, if not the most underrated song. Yes, in comparison to the other songs on Hatebreeder it's one of the weaker ones. But that's only because that album has zero songs I'd rate lower than a 8.
