My main concern here is about "clean" vocals (comes in at ~0:50). Do they sit well? I know that they're quite loud, but i feel that they make choruses stand out from the song.

I'm finishing a mix of 4-track EP, here's a part of one of them:

I think i found overall balance, but im still not shure about a few things:
-guitars
-amount of low end
-kick/bass relation
I got to admit, that guitars are my biggest problem here. Aren't they too dull? I thought about brightening them up, but nasty fizz attacks me when i touch the hi-mid eq.
Also, i'm not totally sure about a "mud" range (so 200-400hz);i'm speaking of the entire mix.

some info about processing:
Drums are recorded though roland e-kit, then i used my own samples.
Guitars are DI tracks ran into LePou Legion ampsim with Asem recto impulse (or sth similar, i don't remember which impulse exactly it was)
Vocals are recorded with some cheap (~$40) dynamic mic, so nothing fancy here

PS. If you want, I can ask band for permission to give you raw tracks, so you guys can mix it on your own.

It sounds ok to me, but after the mastering the sound can change a bit.
Maybe the vocals are too dynamic for my taste.
