Rate this vocal please

Could you please rate this vocal ?
It's after a month of serious throat infection. The original lines have been pushed in the background using m/s eq-ing and all mistakes are left as they are.

I don't like heavy metal vocals, but what I really didn't like is aat 1:8 ("this is the painkiller"), sounds like he was struggling to sing.
