Edit: I was wondering if this was recorded to a click and if so at what tempo ?

and clean all tracks at front to when the song starts then export all audio tracks again , they are way out of line. make sure you export all regions at the same length so they will line up in protools

Yeah didn't line it up for other programs.. thats why i put the nuendo file in there. sorry dude it should only be vocals and the second guitartrack though.
