'Re'-mixing a track with new Axe-FX reamps

Hi fellows,

some kind of modern metal shizzle this time :

nice song! kinda like the different kind of vocals.

your headding the right way.

I find the kick is missing a bit of attack and sounds to flat to me!

The guitars sound very clear an brilliant like axe fx always sounded to me but they kinda don´t punch me in the face enough!

maybe try other impulse or so if you want!

anyway great work so far dude!

to me those guitars are overly middy (as its always the case with axe fx tones).
ive found that cutting 350 hz drastically with axe tones helps a lot, also i tend to boost 6 khz a lot. try that.

@Aaron, I agree the guitars are not like bam in your face. I guess I should try also another amp.
I did got a bit more attack out of the kick.

I also get a little some mids out like dcb suggested, it cleaned things out.

Yeah, just based on what I like listening to, the kick needs a little more hair on the balls I think and guitars are missing some low-end growl. Vocals sound awesome and overall it sounds badass though, very cool song.
