A very good impulse loared is the Voxengo Boogex. It's actually a guitar amp vst with impulse loader, but you can always get rid of the drive stage by turning down the gain and eq. It has amazingly low latency, they claim 2.1 ms. Add to that the latency in front ot the impulse you need to make it sound the way it is supposed (that's around 3-5 ms) and you get a fine cab modeller with latency ot 5-7 ms.
The only disadvantage is that it's mono.
