Reamping in a closet..

So, I've done this before... I brought my 5150/mesa OS rig to my 'main room' and threw it in a fully soundproof closet.. I even threw a heavy blanket over it.. And For some stupid reason, I'm still getting a weird sea shell effect on my tone.. I'm just trying to mic it with a 57 and I'm getting really pissed. Any suggestions?

Nevermind I figured it out.. Apparently the one speaker I had micd was not working =(
