REAMPING with EMG or SEYMOUR DUNCAN?

hello guys
i want to reamp the guitars for the album of my black metal band(we are aiming for a good production) and i will buy new pickups for my 7-string.
what pickups do you prefer for reamping?

It all comes down to taste. You can reamp any pickup with great results.

Hey dude. Reamping is completely separate from what is actual used for the tone itself.
E.g: Good D.I box - Preamp - Conversion will get you quality signal, as for the pups etc, it's all personaly taste.

The aim for reamping is that it should should essentially identical to plugging right from your guitar into the amp itself. So go with what you prefer. I like Blackouts for my playing, others liek EMG's for them etc and so on. Generally,if using 51510/ recto, EMG's get that standard metal tone no qualms. It;s a safe route for sure!
