reaper and logic

right so im pretty sure im being an idiot and this is ridiculously obvious, however i cant figure it out, or im simply overcomplicating things


so when i was on pc i recorded in reaper the got a macbook ad now mainly using logic, i want to re-record a song i did a while ago, and i want to take the midis i have in reaper and add them to a logic song, i have reaper working great on the mac, project all open up no problem.....but how do i actually take midis from a reaper project and add them to a logic project?

copying doesnt seem to work.....

export to MIDI or something? Haven't started with Reaper yet but I'm sure you have to be able to do export MIDI from it haha
