Weeks ago....I made click tracks.

I revised these clicks over. and over. and over.

I made SURE everything was where it was supposed to be.

Last night....I realize......about halfway thru my session, shit got bumped around. somehow. someway. I dont understand. This has been driving me absolutely fricken insane. I was 120% positive everything was squared away and good, and I somehow keep coming back to the same issue of time sig markers being bumped around. I'm seriously about to ditch the clicks and the days of work I did on this and start recording drums with no click.

1. Use the auto-backup feature or something.

2. Make sure your markers are using Bars/Beats as their timebase and not any sort of samples, seconds, etc. This way your marker will always be at bar 32, no matter what you mess with before it.

yeah it sounds like your project isn´t based on beats (position only), they shouldn´t be moved around if you have it that way.

If you move anything in the project (a time signature marker is the most common culprit) while having the timebase on second, minutes etc. then everything will move around, it´s annoying
