Reaper problem (every channel clips constantly)

Hello - imported a Reaper project from a friend to do some drum editing. Installed ASIO4All but still getting this problem. I think it's the project file itself but could be a setting... I've restarted the computer and Reaper a jillion times with the same issue. Every track/channel (including the master) is clipping non-stop. No audio is being played, only popping sound that is consistent.

Any ideas?

Those meters look like they're showing a modern metal production. All that is needed now is a GClip to chop off the peaks on the master so that it looks like the engineer knew what he was doing and release it! Profit!
