Hey all. Recommendation and question actually.
I already own a 1x12 Jet City cab with GT12-75 that is awesome but I'd like to get another 1x12 with w/V30. I know it makes more sense to get a 2x12 cab and put a V30 and the GT12-75 into a 2x12 cab but my Jet City JC20H head only has a 16ohm input (I used my 8ohm input for a depth mod - long story). If I went the 2x12 route, I think that would be an impedance mis-match, with a 16ohm V30 and and 16ohm GT12-75 correct??? I would require my Jet City head to run at 8ohms right? I'm also running a Krank Rev Jr 20W that is switchable between 16 and 8ohms, so no worries with that head in either case.
Any recommendations would be awesome! I'm pretty much playing anything from 80's metal to doom-sludge...
