Recommend me a good DI-box

Oh the Apogee One is great, been thinking about getting one myself for my other place. It's serious money for a simple single channel interface but the quality is pretty outstanding.

I've been wondering about this lately, I've got an Onyx 1620, same instrument input as the satellite I think. My DI doesn't sound as good as Goddamn's.

Anyone else taken the Onyx out of the picture? What did you end up with?

Thought I'd take advantage of the thread being bumped, and sorry if this comes out a bit n00b-ish, but what are the advantages the One has over the Satellite exactly? I mean, reading the specs, the Satellite seems to have several advantages to the One on paper, like the converters and the firewire connection.

Also, I assume you still use the Satellite to reamp, Ola?

Just did a D.I test for bass between the REDDI and Radial JDI. I can understand why the Reddi is such a favourite in the studio.

Both clips were recorded simultaneously with the same input level, no compression in the master.
