[Blind Tranquillity]

If you like Iced Earth then you would probably like Demons & Wizards. It's a side project of Jon Schaffar (Iced Earth) and Hansi Kursch (Blind Guardian).
Songs to check: Fiddler on the Green, My Last Sunrise, Tear Down The Wall...

And if you like it (especially the singing) then you'd better check out Blind Guardian. They're much better than Iced Earth IMHO.
Some songs: Time What Is Time, Bright Eyes, Mirror Mirror, Battlefield, or any other song...

Some other bands you should check out are Primal Fear, Hammerfall, Gamma Ray, Rhapsody.

All of that stuff is good European power metal which can be the next big thing in the metal world.
