It's impossible to label this CD, but the music on here is mostly acoustic, many songs sounding very somber and dark, while others have what I guess is an almost upbeat country thing going on. This features the vocals of Jan K Transeth from In The Woods..., as well as many other guest appearances from ex-ITW members, which is why they have come to be associated with the metal scene and a metal label.

This certainly ISN'T just another a neo-folk album or anything like that. It's very diverse and unique sounding, and I think a lot of the people here might like it.

I've also uploaded a song from their debut 7" release, which has come to be one of my very favourite songs of all time. Start with that.

not bad, those first two tracks are chill, I dig 'em. I'm interested in hearing what the rest of it sounds like, to get a taste of that "upbeat country" and whatever else.

that third track, "En Som" .. definitely the highlight of the posted tracks, really enjoyed this one.

This is really good stuff. It is hard to peg.

And yeah snow2fall, that track #3 is beautiful. Reminds me just a little of Sigur Ros (sans hopelandic vox).
