It's impossible to label this CD, but the music on here is mostly acoustic, many songs sounding very somber and dark, while others have what I guess is an almost upbeat country thing going on. This features the vocals of Jan K Transeth from In The Woods..., as well as many other guest appearances from ex-ITW members, which is why they have come to be associated with the metal scene and a metal label.
This certainly ISN'T just another a neo-folk album or anything like that. It's very diverse and unique sounding, and I think a lot of the people here might like it.
I've also uploaded a song from their debut 7" release, which has come to be one of my very favourite songs of all time. Start with that.
